Single mama, founder of The Peace Hub, Joy Facilitator & Breathwork guide, Paula is a passionate and authentic human who believes that we should all be a little softer and honest with ourselves. Paula’s mission is to show humans that their JOY matters. By reconnecting with our values and what JOY truly means to us we are able to align and design the life we deserve, By Blending breath-work, The JOY Method and honest conversations, Paula's goal to support you as you creatively carve out time for your personal JOY. Come home to yourself by learning simple, yet effective tools, to guide life to be a little less stressful and a whole bunch more JOYful one day at a time.
